Berlin Zoo

This is one of the biggest animal gardens in the world!

It was a donation from koning Friedrich Wilhelm IV, in 1844. Peter Lenne has made the living places of the animals. The idea for building the zoo is from Alexander Humboldt, an Afrikan expert and zoologist Heinrich Lichtenstein.

At this moment, thera are living 15.000 animals in the animal garden! And 1.400 different species!
