East side gallery

This is one of the oldest pieces of the Berliner wall. This piece is 1 kilometer  long, exact 1.316 meters long. It is spacious 3 meter high. The monument is now under monumenten care.

Now is the wall a monument of modern art. Artists from 21 different countries had paint on the east side of this wall. The most paintings have a story.

The west side was earlier painted, during the cold war.
