The Reichstag is a real important building in Berlin.
In the past the gouvernment of Germany was settled there. But because of WW2 the Reichstag was almost completly destroyed. They build it again and now its a really modern building. But the gouvernment of Germany isn't settled in the reichstag again but in a few great modern buildings.
Now you can visit the Recihstag, if you want you can buy tickets on the internet. You can buy tickets there to but than there is a chance that there's a really long cue. The reichstag was build in 1894. The reichstag is located at the formal Königsplatz today, Platz der Republik. The glass bowl (that you maybe can see behind the front) isn't from the original building, the whole building isnt't complete original. The building had heavy damage after WW2. But the people rebuild it and look at it, it's impressive!!!
