Alexander Platz

Alexander Platz started with a cattle market, because of a visit from the russian emperor Alexander 1 is it called Alexander Platz. After WW2 was Alexander Platz at the eastside of Berlin, the largst demonstration in east berlin was in 1989 on the 4th of november. Between the half million and the 1 million people demonstrated at that time against the authorities. Of course they demonstrated at Alexander Platz. Between 1960 and 1970 the Fernsehturm was made. Thats the great tower that you see at the picture right it is a great Tv tower.
